1. RAV3 by The Producer School
Our own entry, so judge accordingly, but this is the plugin we built because we kept programming the same stabs for our packs. The interface is dated and there is no modern VST3 build, but the price is zero and the character is real. Every producer curious about stabs should own it.
3. Rave Generator 3 by AudioBlast
The deep option: a 16-layer multi-timbral sampler with 256 presets and a library of over 1000 stabs plus hundreds of bass and synth sounds, a patch randomizer, and every format down to AAX and CLAP. At $160 list it is the expensive route, but if you want the largest stab library on the market and a full sampler workflow, this is it. It goes on sale regularly.
4. Korg Collection (M1)
Not a stab plugin, but the source. A huge share of classic rave stabs were M1 and Wavestation patches pitched and chopped, and Korg's official plugin versions give you the original piano, organ and synth sounds to stab yourself. More work than a dedicated tool, maximum authenticity.
5. Serum 2 plus stab presets
The sound design route: modern wavetable synthesis can nail and modernize stab timbres, especially layered over samples.
